Red Lion Spicy Foods Logo Dry Rub Recipes

 

To prepare steak -
For two steaks, combine 1/4 cup olive oil and a liberal amount of dry rub.
Place steaks and rub/oil mixture in a plastic bag, and refrigerate over night.
Grill steaks to desired doneness.

 

To prepare pork chops, roasts and ribs -
Uniformly coat meat with dry rub.
Wrap in plastic and refrigerate overnight.

 

To prepare chicken -
Place chicken pieces in a plastic bag, with enough dry rub to coat well.
Shake until pieces are coated evenly.
Refrigerate for at least one hour prior to cooking.
